Major General Ondra L. Berry, TAG Nevada Keynote Speaker

Maj. Gen. Ondra L. Berry serves as The Adjutant General for the State of Nevada. He is the senior uniformed Nevada National Guard officer responsible for formulating, developing and coordinating all policies, programs and plans affecting more than 4,700 Nevada Army and Air National Guard personnel.

Appointed by the Governor of State of Nevada, General Berry is the principal advisor on all National Guard issues, responsible for both the federal and state missions of the Nevada National Guard and serves as the official channel of communication with the National Guard Bureau, Department of the Army, Department of the Air Force, Nevada Division of Emergency Management and State Partnership Program.


Ms. Desiree Broussard Master of Ceremonies

Ms. Desiree Broussard is the owner and founder of Elevating Etiquette, LLC ( www.ElevatingEtiquette.com ) which teaches military protocol courses as well as matters of business and dining etiquette.

Lieutentant Colonel Broussard, ANG is also a National Guardsman for the state of Nevada and serves as the Director of the J9 Directorate. J9 works to care for the mental health and resiliency of Airmen and Soldiers. Other duties include to increase the Air National Guard footprint at Nellis AFB and working to connect the Las Vegas community with Nevada Air National Guard.


Mr. Lester Lumbad President & Founder SNVCC

In 2021, Lester established the Southern Nevada Veterans Chamber of Commerce in the Las Vegas community, and its development began in the form of regular outreach events and promoting veteran business development, military employment and education initiatives, and promoting increased awareness of veteran advocacy programs and initiatives already available in the community. The SNVCC's focus has not only been centered around local business development, and also equally focused on the promotion of improved resource-collaboration and veteran-resource ecosystem-development in the southern Nevada community.

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding contract between the Southern Nevada Veterans Chamber of Commerce and table sponsorship and/or individual registration for the event hosted by the Southern Nevada Veterans Chamber of Commerce.

By proceeding with the purchase, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the following terms:

Purchase and Payment:
1.1. The purchase of an individual registration is nonrefundable and nontransferable.

1.2. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through the designated payment methods provided by the Seller.

1.1. The purchase of arable sponsorship is nonrefundable and nontransferable, however credits can be applied toward sponsorship to future events hosted by the Souther nNevada Veterans Chamber of Commerce with fully comparable benefits.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
2.1. All purchases are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be granted, regardless of the reason.
2.2. In the event that the event is canceled or rescheduled by the Seller due to unforeseen circumstances, the Buyer may be entitled to participate in the rescheduled event or receive alternative benefits as determined by the Seller. No refunds will be issued.
Event Participation:
3.1. The Buyer acknowledges that participation in the event is subject to the rules and regulations set forth by the Seller. Failure to comply with these rules may result in removal from the event without refund.
3.2. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the event program, schedule, speakers, entertainment, venue, and other aspects of the event without prior notice.
Table Sponsorship:
4.1. Table sponsorships include the benefits as outlined in the sponsorship package purchased by the Buyer. Any additional benefits or modifications must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
4.2. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate information for the table guest list, including the names and affiliations of attendees. Changes to the guest list may be subject to review and approval by the Seller.
Indemnification:
5.1. The Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Seller, its officers, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of the Buyer's participation in the event or breach of this Agreement.
Limitation of Liability:
6.1. To the extent permitted by law, the Seller shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the purchase, participation in the event, or any related activities.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
7.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nevada and Clark County. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nevada and Clark County.
8.1 Photography Release This Photography Release Statement ("Release Statement") outlines the terms and conditions under which the undersigned attendee ("Registrant") grants permission to Southern Nevada Veterans Chamber of Commerce ("Organization") to use photographs, images, or likenesses of the registrant in various media and for various purposes. This Release Statement is a legally binding agreement; please read it carefully before signing.

1. Grant of Rights:
By signing this Release Statement, the Registrant grants the Organization, their affiliates, and assigns the irrevocable and unrestricted right and permission to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, and display the Registrant's name, image, likeness, and voice (collectively, the "Materials") for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to advertising, promotion, marketing, and any other commercial purposes.

2. Release and Waiver:
The Registrant hereby releases and discharges the Organization, their agents, representatives, employees, and any third parties acting under their authority, from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, causes of action, costs, and expenses whatsoever, whether at law or in equity, whether known or unknown, arising out of or in connection with the use, exploitation, or distribution of the Materials.

3. Compensation:
The Registrant understands and agrees that no monetary or other compensation will be provided for the use of the Materials.

9.1 Harassment and Professional Conduct

Prohibited Conduct: The Southern Nevada Veterans Chamber of Commerce strictly prohibits any form of harassment, discrimination, or misconduct during the Event. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, the following:

a. Sexual harassment, including unwelcome advances, comments, or gestures of a sexual nature.
b. Verbal harassment, derogatory remarks, or offensive language related to race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
c. Physical harassment, including unwanted physical contact, assault, or any form of violence.
d. Bullying or cyberbullying, including the use of electronic communication to harass, threaten, or intimidate others.
e. Stalking or invasive behavior, including unwanted following or persistent unwanted attention.
f. Any other behavior that creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive environment for others.


By proceeding with the purchase of an individual registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, oral or written.
